The hotel has a large pool to relax in. my room was near the lobby, convenient for the morning shuttle. the bed was comfortable and i slept well. i really liked the free airport shuttle. It was very helpful.
I noticed some bird droppings near the window and on the balcony. I couldn't really use the balcony. it definitely detracted from the experience.

The room had spacious areas with a fantastic bed. The shower was excellent. i found the room relaxing and clean. It added to the quality of my stay. a fantastic choice. I would consider this room again!

The pool was AMAZING!!! I also liked the pool bar. It looked heavenly. There were great aesthetics throughout the hotel. The restaurants served delicious food.
My room faced a wall. That was disappointing. The minibar was empty. I was expecting it to be stocked. The TV in the room was old. Its resolution was not great.

I really liked the service. Mister kunn was friendly and helpful. he helpt me check in earlier than 2pm. that was so convenient, and i really apreciated the help with my bags.

This hotel offered a convenient airport shuttle. The food tasted good. The pool area had a beautiful design. The grounds were fine. I could walk to the night market in 20 minutes. A 7-Eleven was a 5-minute walk. I took a grab to the city for a reasonable price.
